Terms of Service

By downloading or using MESH Video Editor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. License Grant

Depending on your purchased plan (Free, Plus, or Pro), MESH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on the registered number of devices.

2. Device Limits

You agree not to exceed the device limits defined by your license plan. Sharing activation codes with third parties will result in immediate license revocation without a refund.

3. Offline Mode Use

MESH allows offline usage. However, the software must connect to our license validation API at least once every 30 days to maintain activation status.
